The Service also presents related concepts such as "Market Zone" and "Cycle Phase," derived from historical on-chain data.

The Service is provided for informational and research purposes only. It is not a financial product, brokerage, or advisory service.

We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of any data presented.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old (or the minimum age required in your jurisdiction) to use the Service. By using the Service, you confirm that you meet this requirement.

3. Public Research Launch

During the public research launch, CycleOnChain does not offer account creation, login, saved dashboards, subscriptions, member-only access, password reset, or personalized account features. Account-related systems may be introduced in a future update, and these policies will be updated before activation.

Because account features are not active, these Terms currently apply to public use of the research platform and its publicly available charts, pages, tools, and content.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • use the Service for any unlawful purpose;
  • attempt to interfere with, disrupt, or compromise the security of the Service;
  • scrape, copy, or redistribute Service content in bulk without our written permission;
  • attempt to systematically reproduce proprietary components of the Service for commercial redistribution;
  • use automated systems to access the Service in a way that imposes an unreasonable load on our infrastructure;
  • misrepresent your identity or impersonate any person or entity.

5. Intellectual Property

All content, branding, design, code, methodology, and outputs of the Service - including the "Cycle Score," "Market Zone," and "Cycle Phase" concepts - are owned by CycleOnChain or its licensors and may be protected under applicable intellectual property laws.

6. No Financial, Investment, or Trading Advice

This Service is provided strictly for informational, educational, and research purposes only. Nothing on the Service constitutes financial, investment, trading, tax, legal, or accounting advice, a recommendation, or a solicitation to buy or sell any asset.

All market data, cycle scores, market zones, phase classifications, and on-chain metrics are experimental, model-based interpretations of historical data and should not be relied upon as guarantees or predictions of future performance.

You are solely responsible for your own decisions, actions, and risk management.

7. Third-Party Services and Links

The Service may include links to third-party sites or rely on third-party data sources. We do not control these and are not responsible for their content, accuracy, or practices.

We are not responsible for any errors, delays, or inaccuracies in third-party data.

8. Service Availability

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time, with or without notice. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, error-free operation, or that the Service will meet your specific needs.

We do not warrant that any data, score, phase classification, or analysis on the Service is accurate, current, or reliable.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, CycleOnChain is not liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or trading-related losses arising from the use of the Service or reliance on any information provided through the Service.
